This is why we do what we do....

A good news story from Eagle Farm, exemplifying our commitment to customer satisfaction and the specialist high-severity/complex repair talent we have in the team!

This week a customer collected their beloved Land Cruiser. The vehicle had a roll over accident resulting in severe heavy body and suspension damage. The insurer couldn't find a repairer to take on the repair. Although Fortress are not contracted to the insurer in this catchment area, they reached out to Eagle Farm to see if our team led by Brett Sharp could assist.

The site has an exceptional wealth of knowledge and talented technicians. The team worked hard, knowing the vehicle had significant sentimental value for the customer. On delivery, the vehicle was back to pre-collision status and handed over to an extremely satisfied and thankful customer. Great story to remind us what our business is all about - repairing peoples pride and joy.
